Local area vendors are invited to the 2005 Loudoun County

Procurement's Buyer/Seller Information Exchange sessions. The purpose of these informal sessions is to give area businesses the opportunity to meet the county's procurement staff and become familiar with the county's procurement process. The next round of sessions are as follows:

* Wednesday, June 22, 10:30 a.m.

* Thursday, July 21, 2 p.m.

* Monday, Sept. 19, 10:30 a.m.

* Thursday, Oct. 20, 2 p.m.

* Friday, Nov. 18, 10:30 a.m.

* Thursday, Dec. 22, 2 p.m.

The owner of Faulkner House Interior Redesign, Pam Faulkner of Oak Hill won first place in Challenge 2005, a contest sponsored by the Interior Redesign Industry Specialists (I.R.I.S.) held at its annual convention. Faulkner works directly with homeowners to enhance the look and function of interior spaces by rearranging or recombining furniture, artwork or accessories. The winning entry was part of a recent redesign for a local couple who have had their entire first floor and basement game room redesigned. In addition to winning first place, Faulkner was also selected by Edelman Productions, producers of Decorating Cents, as seen on HGTV, to shoot an audition tape for a future redesign segment.

Dr. Robert Hulbert, a dentist with Ellington and Hulbert Family Dentistry in Potomac Falls, has completed his certification course in Conscious Sedative Dentistry, which is aimed at people afraid of going to the dentist and attempts to provide anxiety-free dentistry.

Life Line Pregnancy Care Center, Lansdowne Office Park, 19415 Deerfield Ave., Suite 109, will be holding a grand re-opening Thursday, June 23, with a ribbon cutting at 5 p.m. and an "open office" 4-7 p.m. Light refreshments served. RSVP 703-729-1123 or leesburgpcc@aol.com.
