Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's regional vice president Paul Valentino announced that Fatima Needham of the Alexandria Washington Street office was named top producing individual agent and the Sean Satkus/Kendra Carey Group was top producing group for the same office for the month of July. Donnan C. Wintermute was named July's top producing agent for the King Street office in Alexandria.

Chuck Stone, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Alexandria Belle View office, announced that Sherman Swenson was the office's top producer, leading the office in dollar volume, revenue units and listings sold in June. He is a member of the Executive's Club at Weichert. President's Club member Karen Leonard led the way in listings for the second month in a row, while Michael Downie led the office in sales. Downie is a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club.

Michael Turk, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Alexandria Old Town Office, announced that Christine Garner, a member of the Chairman of the Board Premiere Club, was honored as the top producer in June. She led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings and listings sold. Susan Hand, a member of the Chairman of the Board Club, earned the honor of top seller.

Joan Johns, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Alexandria Mt. Vernon Office, announced that Rodolfo Aguilar was honored as the top producer, leading the office in dollar volume, revenue units and sales in June. Aguilar is a member of the Million Dollar Club at Weichert. Chairman of the Board Elite member Peter Braun led the branch in listings sold. Braun is also a member of the Executive's Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. Jose Flores led the branch in listings. Flores, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club, was No. 6 in sales units in Weichert's Capital Region last year.

Anne Rector, manager of the Alexandria Historic District Long & Foster office, announced Chris White as the top producer, lister and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $5,485,000; and Georgia McLaughlin as the top seller.

Cynthia M. Clare of Alexandria, has joined KSI Management Corporation as senior vice president of operations. Clare will be responsible for the operation of more than 8,000 apartments currently under management, as well as overseeing the future operations of another 4,500 units that KSI expects to bring on line in the next several years. KSI Management is part of KSI Services Inc.
