Art at City Hall, a juried exhibition sponsored by The Art League, the Del Ray Artisans and the City of Alexandria is on display Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., through July 21.

The Von Brahler July Open Studio presents "Mary Magdalene, the Icon" by rfm. The show will be Saturday, July 22 and Sunday, July 23. The show will be 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Von Brahler Ltd./Gallery, 1437 Powhatan St. The show will also include water expressions by rfm and works by Antuychin and Kokoyanin. "Inspired by the Plant: Art and Illustration" runs at The Athenaeum Gallery, 201 Prince St., through July 30. This show includes all new works by artists from the Botanical Art Society of the National Capitol Region.
