It was soggy outside with talk of tornado warnings when Potomac Elementary held its Spring Fair May 11, with moonbounces, games, and concession stands crammed into its hallways and multi-purpose room. And if it wasn’t the springiest of spring fairs, it had its own charm, the indoor humidity carrying the smells of pizza and cotton candy, and for students ending another long year at the school, just a hint of summer’s scent in the air.
