Fairfax County Police Chief David Rohrer congratulates Kathleen Dunham of Sterling for graduating from the 11th Citizens Police Academy Nov. 18. The academy is sponsored by the Fairfax County Police Department and is designed to give citizens a better understanding of the job of a police officer and what it takes for a department to properly function.
