Weichert, Realtors’ Reston Office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in December.

Leading the office in dollar volume, listings and listings sold was Peter Burke, a member of the Chairman’s Club. He is also a member of the Executive’s Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. Burke has more than four years of experience as a licensed sales associate and is a graduate of Weichert’s management training program. A longtime resident of Reston, he is knowledgeable about the local real estate market.

Ron Mangas led the office in revenue units for the month, while Edith Cuchillas earned the honor of top seller.

Weichert, Realtors’ McLean/Dolley Madison Office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in December.

Margaret Hollar, a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club, earned the honor of top producer for the second month in a row. She led the way in dollar volume, revenue units and listings sold. Her team specializes in residential sales in Arlington and Alexandria, as well as in Hollar’s hometown of Reston. Hollar was fourth in 2005 in revenue units in Weichert’s Capital Region, which includes more than 50 local offices. She began her real estate career 26 years ago managing and selling new homes, and joined Weichert six years ago.

The Long & Foster Companies have launched a home buying initiative called the “Helping Those Who Serve” Homeownership Program. The goal is to help public servants, including state and local police, firefighters, military, school teachers and certified healthcare providers, purchase their first home or move-up to a larger home. Discounts and a financing product will be offered to public servants purchasing a home throughout Long & Foster’s seven-state Mid-Atlantic region with a ratified contract before March 31, 2007.
