<cal2>Fairfax Animal Shelter offers low-cost rabies clinic for dogs, cats and ferrets on Sunday, July 15 from noon to 2 p.m. The Fairfax County Animal Shelter is at 4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax. Rabies vaccinations cost $10 at the clinic. All dogs should be on leashes and all cats in carriers.

Fairfax County 2007 dog licenses will be sold separately at the clinic and cost $5 for altered dogs and $10 for unaltered dogs (bring proof of your pet's spay or neuter). Bob discovers most of his puppet-making materials hidden away in thrift-stores. Occasionally, he comes across a stuffed toy, one that is just too appealing to pass up. Bob calls these finds his Thrift-Store Orphans. Now he has created an entire show from these throw-away treasures, giving them a second chance to shine as "Second-Hand Stars. " E. C.
