Frank Osborne is on his way to becoming an Eagle Scout. The Robinson Secondary School junior organized one of many phases of his Eagle Scout Project that took him and several friends and volunteers through Burke Centre, Sunday, March 11. The crew looked at the many bridges that connect trails throughout the community for safety hazards. They also looked for general improvements that could be made to the bridges.
Volunteers included members of Burke Centre’s Boy Scout Troop 1345, some of their parents and Duwain Ketch, the Ponds representative to the Burke Centre Board of Trustees.
