Karen Trainor, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Fair Oaks office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in February.

Rosemary Graham led the office in dollar volume, revenue units and listings sold, earning the honor of top producer for the second month in a row. She is a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club and the Chairman's Gold Club, the latter signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. A longtime resident of Fairfax, Graham earned her real estate license in 1987 and has since earned several designations and honors such as GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and Lifetime Top Producer from the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. She is also a 2003 inductee into the Weichert, Realtors' Hall of Fame.

Leading the way in listings was Blase Berner, a member of the Million Dollar Club. Executive's Club member Carol Veirs earned the honor of top seller. She is also a member of the Executive's Gold Club Licensed as a sales associate in 1988 and as an associate broker in 1995, Veirs possesses CRS and GRI designations. She is a longtime resident of Fairfax County, making her a true neighborhood specialist.

Shane Keaton, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Centreville/Clifton office, announced that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in February.

Leading the office in dollar volume, revenue units and listings sold was Tony Saa, who earned the honor of top producer. He is a member of the President's Club at Weichert. Chairman's Club member P.J. Sikand led the way in listings and sales, earning the honor of top seller.

Featuring eight homes and gardens, the Garden Club of Fairfax House & Garden Tour will be held on Tuesday, April 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., during Historic Garden Week in Virginia. Tickets are $20 pre-tour sales; $25 day of tour; $15 single-site admission. Children 13 and older, full price; ages 6-12 half-price; ages 5 and under, free of charge.
