The Virginia Housing Development Authority is offering a free homeownership education class Saturday, Feb. 21, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Herndon Senior Center, 873 Grace St., Herndon. Topics include credit issues, personal finances, home inspections and the role of lenders and real estate agents. Call J.
