Public hearing on FY 2010 Tax Rate. Vienna Town Hall, 127 Center St. S., Vienna. The Vienna Town Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed Town real estate tax rate for fiscal year 2009-2010. The FY 2009-10 budget is based on a real estate tax rate of 23.31¢ per $100 of assessed valuation, which represents an increase of 2.40¢ from the FY 2008-09 tax rate. Call 703-255-6350.
