On Aug. 1, the MoveOn Council of Northern Virginia, represented by David McCracken, Margo French, Linda Chernisky, and Cathy Downs, delivered the petition to the U.S. Rep. Frank Wolf (R-10), requesting that he supports
extending the tax cut for the lower 98 percent without holding it hostage to the cut for the upper 2 percent.
