Stephanie Ann Marris, a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, has graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo. with a degree in engineering and a minor in Spanish. She is the daughter of Randy and Maria Marris of Fairfax and sister to her brother Alexander.
Stephanie was commissioned as an officer with the rank of second lieutenant. She is currently enjoying herself in Europe, for the past 30 days. She will then report to Keesler AFB in Biloxi, Miss. in August, where she will receive additional training and will be working in the field as a cyber operations officer.
