Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Arlington office recently opened its newly designed office, located at 4500 Old Dominion Drive. Exterior changes include the blue-painted roof, landscaping, a renovated parking lot. Interior renovations include a top-of-the-line heating, ventilation and cooling system, new flooring and lighting, larger conference rooms, and an open work space for the 18 sales associates based in the office.

J Street Companies represented Rosslyn Center Associates, L.P. in a 10,251 square foot renewal lease to DevTech Systems for the 17th floor of 1700 N. Moore St. DevTech is an international consulting firm dedicated to development. Founded in 1984, DevTech has provided advisory services and technical assistance to government, private-sector, and civil-society stakeholders in more than 100 countries.

Carr Workplaces, a national provider of executive suites and flexible workplace solutions, opened its newest business center in March in the Clarendon Square building, 3033 Wilson Blvd. The 24,380-square-foot center features three conference rooms; 68 offices, some with panoramic views of Washington, D.C.; and five large team rooms. The building also features onsite banking, staff security, a fitness center and restaurant. Carr Workplaces also has an executive office center in Rosslyn at 1001 N. 19th St. in Potomac Tower.

Archstone veteran and Alexandria native Rebecca E. Snyder has joined the Arlington-based developer Insight Property Group as development manager. At Archstone, Snyder served as development manager on over 1,600 apartments in the D.C. area and provided investment analysis for the company’s $4 billion national development pipeline. Snyder received a bachelor of arts in urban studies from Brown University, a masters in urban and environmental planning and a Certificate in Historic Preservation from The University of Virginia School of Architecture.

Makenzie Olving has joined McEnearney Associates Inc. Realtors as a Realtor in its Arlington office.

Insight Property Group, and Buvermo Investments Inc. have sold the newly completed Grayson Flats project to an affiliate of the local development company Silverwood Companies. Grayson Flats, located in Arlington, consists of 67 luxury residential units and will be sold as condominium homes. Insight is currently building a 240-unit residential project in Alexandria and a high-end residential project is in the planning stages in Rosslyn.

LM&O Advertising has signed a 10-year lease for 21,000 square feet at Skanska's 1776 Wilson Blvd. in Rosslyn. The company plans to move its headquarters to the top floor of the five-story property in December, from 2000 14th St., N.W. The new office will feature new amenities, an eco-friendly design and proximity to two Metro stops.

100 Montaditos, a Spanish franchise restaurant known for serving 100 different tapa-sized rolls, will occupy 2,940 square feet of ground floor corner retail space at the intersection of Wilson Boulevard and North Quinn Street. The restaurant will be able to serve approximately 140 customers inside and an additional 50 diners on the patio.
