A ribbon cutting on Dec. 4 kicked off the Woman’s Club of McLean’s 48th annual Holiday Homes Tour at Tour House No. 1, in Langley Farms. Designer Doug DeLuca, honorary tour host, together with McLean Chamber of Commerce Chairman Marcia Twomey, cut the ribbon to open the tour. Pictured from left are: Lauren Twomey; Marcia Twomey; Jane Studabaker, co-chairman of the tour; Marta Goldblatt, tour house owner; Wanda Miller, co-chairman of the tour; Gina Goldblatt; Doug DeLuca; Woman’s Club President Mildred Thompson; and Hope Partrick and Nina Allen, students at McLean’s Oakcrest School, which assisted in the tour. Several hundred people are estimated to have attended the event, which is believed to have achieved its fundraising goals.
