Kendall Ladd, Erin Kearns and Christina Barton -- fifth graders at Forestville Elementary - submitted an audition tape and were chosen to perform on the Ellipse Stage at the National Christmas on Dec. 13. They chose to sing "You're a mean one Mr. Grinch." The girls heard about the opportunity to audition, picked out their own song and costumes and were ultimately chosen to perform at 8 p.m. on the Ellipse stage with the National Tree in the background.
