The Mount Vernon Evening Lions inducted Sue Smyth into their club, at its November dinner meeting. Her sponsor is Lion Mary Jane Holt. The Lions will be celebrating its 100th anniversary as an international organization this coming year. The Lions motto is "We Serve;" its focus includes sight, hearing and community projects.
