The Thomas Lee Chapter (Fairfax) of the Daughters of the American Revolution honored Mary Paige Fotopoulos of Great Falls with a certificate in recognition of her first place essay in the Christopher Columbus essay contest. The award ceremony took place on Saturday, Feb. 6 at the Army Navy Country Club in Fairfax. Mary Paige is a junior at Trinity Christian School in Fairfax.
