Kudos to Jim Hixon, Alexandria’s Dockmaster, for finding an effective means of keeping the waters behind the Torpedo Factory clean. No longer do we have to look at a mess of plastic bags, dead animals, garbage, tree limbs, and debris washed down from the upper Potomac. That disgusting and offensive sorry sight is gone.
