Cooper Middle School hosted its Quest Expo on May 4. Quest was an extended learning opportunity for students to break out of their normal environment and use critical thinking and collaboration skills to produce a creative or service learning project. Seventh grade projects included: creating a yearbook of their life, a children's story book, an anti bullying theatre play, designing their very own shoe, battle recreation, gardening in the courtyard, etc. Eighth grade projects were service learning based and helped give back to the community. Students had time to show off their project to family and friends then go and view their own classmates projects.
