In “Draining Great Waves” from the Nov. 22 issue of the Alexandria Gazette Packet, the City Council discussed extension of the lease and set a public hearing for Dec. 16. If the Council does move forward with an extension, it will be authorizing the city manager to negotiate an extension and not approve the lease documents directly.
