Comstock Accepting Applicants for 2018 Congressional App Challenge

U.S. Rep. Barbara Comstock (R-10) announced that her office is accepting applications for the 2018 Congressional App Challenge. The Congressional App Challenge is a competition for high school students that provides them the opportunity to join with their peers to create their own apps and learn how to code.

The Congressional App Challenge runs through Oct. 15, 2018, challenging high school students to design and create an original app for submission. Eligible high school students in Virginia’s 10th Congressional District may enter this challenge as individuals or groups of not more than four students and will be judged by a panel chosen by the Office of Congresswoman Barbara Comstock. The submitted app can be on any topic, provided it is original, appropriate, and has been made within the last year.
