Pet owners take pride in their creatures and enjoy their unconditional love and amusing antics. Pets, on the other hand, take care of their humans. On any given day, no matter the weather, Herndon hounds take their humans for walks. Up and down sidewalks, on the W&OD Trail and through park pathways, dogs lead their willing and not so willing two-legged friends by the leash through the community, both getting exercise and socialization. Herndon cats know just when to saunter over to their humans. They jump on their desks, creating a forced work break by tempting their owners to pet their silky fur.
