TOWNSEND VAN FLEET – A visitation will be held for Townsend Van Fleet at Demaine Funeral Home of Old Town, 520 S. Washington Street, on Sunday, Oct. 30, from 3 to 7 p.m. Burial will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Van Fleet died Oct. 17 at the age of 87. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fisher House Foundation or the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
