If you visit or live by the Pan Am Shopping Center, you’ll want to join a virtual community meeting on Monday, May 22 at 7 p.m. to learn about changes that are being considered for the site.
There is potential to create a mixed-use community and add residential uses to the Pan Am Shopping Center. The proposed change would keep some of the existing retail uses and add a residential component to the existing shopping center, as well as new park spaces for new residents and the surrounding neighborhoods.
