Michael Wayne Marcellus, 34, of Centreville died on April 19. A former resident of Loudoun County, Marcellus was born on Aug. 18, 1967.
He is survived by his parents the Rev. Lyman and Diane M. Wilson of Centreville; his father James G. Rector of Brunswick, Md.; his daughter Ashley Marcellus of Leesburg; his sister Cassandra Marcellus of Centreville; his niece Brittney Marcellus; and his nephews Brandon and Brian Marcellus of Centreville. He is also survived by two uncles, one great uncle, three aunts, five great aunts and a host of other relatives and friends. He was employed at Diamond Paper in Sterling.
A wake is scheduled for 10 a.m., Friday, April 26, at First Baptist Church, Sterling. Funeral Services will follow at 11 a.m.. at First Baptist Church, Sterling. Internment: Mt. Olive Baptist Church Ceremony. Lincoln, Va. Pallbearers are Anthony Veney, Arnel Veney, Frank Patterson and Jesse Corum. Arrangements are by Lyles Funeral Service of Purcellville, serving Northern Virginia.
