Weichert, Realtors’ Potomac office has announced top sales associates for June.

Michael Matese was honored as top producer with the most resale revenue units and the highest dollar volume. Coreta Osborne was honored for generating the most listings and the most listings sold. Samia Gouda was recognized as the top sales associate.

Regionally, Mark Klausner was honored for generating the highest new homes dollar volume and Michael Matese was honored for generating the highest resale dollar volume. In addition, the entire Potomac Village sales team was recognized for producing the highest resale dollar volume regionally. The region consists of 11 offices in Montgomery and Prince George’s counties.

Weichert’s Potomac office recently honored Helen King for her achievements. King was recognized as the top producer with the most resale revenue units and the highest dollar volume. She was also honored for generating the most sales, the most listings and the most listings sold. Regionally, King was recognized for generating the most resale listings and the most resale marketed listings. Alan Bruzee was recognized for producing the highest new homes dollar volume in the region. The region consists of offices throughout Maryland and D.C.

In Weichert’s Bethesda office for June, Chana Sky was honored for generating the most sales, the most listings and the most resale revenue units. Dennis Coleman was recognized for producing the highest dollar volume and Meg Finn was honored for producing the most listings sold. Regionally, Dennis Coleman was honored for generating the highest resale dollar volume in June, while the entire Bethesda sales team was recongized for producing the highest new homes dollar volume, the most resale listings, the most resales, the most resale marketed listings, the most resale revenue units and the highest resale dollar volume.

Long and Foster has announced its top associates for June.

Anne Chang, of the Potomac office, was recognized as the top producer and top seller with a sales volume of $1,791,500, while Parvin Navid was top lister and the agent with the most listings.

In the Potomac/Cabin John office, Judy Milstein was top producer, top seller and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $2,384,189. Diann Gottron was the top lister.

Krystyna Litwin, of the Potomac Village office, was top producer with a sales volume of $2,020,000. Ethel Skenderis was the top lister and the agent with the most new listings.
