The following incidents were reported by the Herndon Police Department:

CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

ARREST/SEARCH WARRANT

900 Block Sterling Court. On Nov. 2, Saturday night, Herndon Police served a search warrant as a result of a child pornography investigation.

Daniel H. Sutton, a 49-year-old man of Herndon, was charged with possession with intent to distribute sexually explicit items involving children and with the use of communications systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children.

He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held pending $15,000 bond.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

13000 Block Worldgate Drive. On Nov. 1, an unidentified person damaged a touch screen computer.

1200 Block Springtide Place. On Oct. 28, graffiti was written on a tree.

LARCENY

1100 Block Elden St. On Oct. 31, Baudilio Aquirre-Flores, a 40-year-old man of Herndon, was charged with larceny after he removed a pastry from a business. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held pending $250 bond.

1200 Block Elden St. On Nov. 2, a 16-year-old male was arrested for removing beer from a residence. He was released to a relative.

1100 Block Elden St. On Nov. 3, four unidentified men left a restaurant without paying the bill.

1300 Block Summerfield Drive. On Oct. 28, a window was shattered on a vehicle and stereo equipment was removed.

1100 Block Crestview Drive. On Oct. 31, two unidentified men removed two cases of beer from a business.

1200 Block Terrylynn Court. On Nov. 3, a bicycle was removed from the yard of a residence.

400 Block Elden St. On Nov. 1, a plastic window was cut on a vehicle and compact discs were removed.

700 Block Ferndale Ave. On Nov. 2, a “For Rent” sign was removed from the yard of a residence.

800 Block Locust St. On Nov. 3, a window was shattered on a vehicle and a stereo faceplate, compact discs, and guitar were removed.

DRUG/NARCOTIC VIOLATION ARREST

1100 Block Crestview Drive. On Oct. 28, Miguel Torres, a 35-year-old man of Sterling, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine and with possession of marijuana. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held pending $6,000.

AUTO TAMPERING

1100 Block Burwick Drive. On Oct. 31, two windows were shattered on a vehicle.

DWI ARRESTS

Elden Street/Sterling Road. On Nov. 2, Aly Carbajal-Hernandez, a 20-year-old man of Sterling.

500 Block Herndon Parkway. On Nov. 2, Ivan Leyva, a 26-year-old man of Herndon.

500 Block Herndon Parkway. On Nov. 3, Anthony Bremer, a 20-year-old man of Oak Hill.

DRUNK IN PUBLIC ARREST

1200 Block Elden St. On Oct. 30, Mario Martinez, a 40-year-old man of Herndon.

1200 Block Elden St. On Oct. 31, Luis Hernandez, a 30-year-old man of no fixed address.

1200 Block Elden St. On Nov. 3, Santos Sorto, a 32-year-old man of Reston.
