A permit has been issued for interior renovation work at 645 Elden St., the site mostly recently occupied by Chayote Smokehouse Catering Co. and the Black-Eyed Pea restaurant previous to that.
John Orrison, the town's building official, said the tenant will be Elden Korean Grill. The permit was issued Dec. 1. Any potential changes to the outside of the building will have to be approved by the town's architectural review board.
