Welcome to Fairfax County and welcome to those of you who have moved into the Braddock District. Whether you have moved here from another part of the county, the country or the world, you will find the Braddock District a nice, in fact, a neighborly place to live. Fairfax County is a very vibrant and growing area. We are in the center — I like to say heart — of Fairfax County and home to both a thriving community college and a major university. To keep you up-to-date on, and engaged in, current issues, I host several town meetings a year and publish a twice yearly newsletter, the Braddock Byline. The Braddock District Supervisor's office is adjacent to the Kings Park Library in Burke, near Lake Braddock High School and the Kings Park Shopping Center. The address is 9002 Burke Lake Road, Burke, VA 22015. Normal hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. My staff and I can be reached during those hours or by mail at the above address or e-mail at braddock@co.fairfax.va.us.
