Phanta Sackor led Weichert, Realtors' Gaithersburg/North Potomac Office in dollar volume for the second month in a row. She is a member of the Chairman of the Board Club. Fellow Chairman of the Board Club member Christine Derose led the way in revenue units, listings and listings sold. Earning the honor of top seller was Tina Enweze, a member of the Executive's Club.

Mahin Ghadiri led Weichert, Realtors' Potomac Village Office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings sold and sales for the second month in a row. Ghadiri is a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club and is also a member of the Chairman's Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. President's Club member Ana Barbosa led the way in listings for the month.

Helen King led Weichert, Realtors' Potomac Office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings, listings sold and sales, earning the honor of top producer for the fifth month in a row. She is a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club. King has been a licensed real estate agent for 34 years and has earned a GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) designation. She was also named to the Montgomery County Board of Realtors' "Hall of Fame" Lifetime Sales Club. King is married and has two sons, Kevin and Kurtis. Both work with her in the Potomac Office: Kevin as a broker and Kurtis as an agent.

Long & Foster Realtors will hold seminars on “A Career in Real Estate.” They have designed these seminars to address the questions of people who have often thought of going into business for themselves in real estate but do not know how to investigate the “pros and cons.” Seminar discussions will be on how to get started in a real estate career, the course requirements, costs involved in training, and the benefits of a real estate career. The career night seminars are free of charge and open to the public. Space is limited, reservations are advised. The seminars for May will be held at the following times and locations:

Ellen Katz, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Potomac Office, announced sales associate Simone Bercu has earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. The CRS designation is awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. In earning the CRS, Bercu joins 35,000 Realtors nationwide who have earned the credential.
