Long & Foster Realtors will hold seminars on “A Career in Real Estate.” They have designed these seminars to address the questions of people who have often thought of going into business for themselves in real estate but do not know how to investigate the “pros and cons.” Seminar discussions will be on how to get started in a real estate career, the course requirements, costs involved in training, and the benefits of a real estate career. Leading the office in dollar volume, listings and sales was Mahin Ghadiri, who earned the honor of top seller. Ghadiri is a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club and is also a member of the Chairman’s Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. Chairman’s Club member Mariella Young led the way in revenue units and listings sold for the month.

Helen King led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings and listings sold, earning the honor of top producer for the fourth month in a row. She is a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club. King has been a licensed real estate agent for 34 years and has earned a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation. She was also named to the Montgomery County Board of Realtors’ “Hall of Fame” Lifetime Sales Club. Colleen Sandler earned the honor of top seller for the month.
