Helen King led Weichert, Realtors' Potomac Office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings, listings sold and sales, earning the honor of top producer for the fifth month in a row. She is a member of the top-ranking Chairman of the Board Premiere Club. King has been a licensed real estate agent for 34 years and has earned a GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) designation. She was also named to the Montgomery County Board of Realtors' "Hall of Fame" Lifetime Sales Club. King is married and has two sons, Kevin and Kurtis. Both work with her in the Potomac Office: Kevin as a broker and Kurtis as an agent.

Long & Foster Realtors will hold seminars on “A Career in Real Estate.” They have designed these seminars to address the questions of people who have often thought of going into business for themselves in real estate but do not know how to investigate the “pros and cons.” Seminar discussions will be on how to get started in a real estate career, the course requirements, costs involved in training, and the benefits of a real estate career. The career night seminars are free of charge and open to the public. Space is limited, reservations are advised. The seminar for June will be held at the following times and locations:

Ellen Katz, branch manager of Weichert, Realtors' Potomac Office, announced sales associate Simone Bercu has earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. The CRS designation is awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. In earning the CRS, Bercu joins 35,000 Realtors nationwide who have earned the credential.

Chana Sky was the top producer with a sales volume of $8,424,999; Meg Finn was the top lister and the agent with the most new listings; and Jamie Coley was the top seller. All are part of the Bethesda Ave. Long & Foster office.

Barbara Fitzgerald was the top producer and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $3,049,000; Barbara Fitzgerald, Scott Harper and Ole Pedersen were the top listers; and Barbara Fitzgerald, Michael Cohen, James Ellis and Christa Hodge were the top sellers. All are part of the Bethesda/Chevy Chase Long & Foster office.

Brad Rozansky was the top producer, lister, seller and the agent with the most new listings with a sales volume of $12,715,797. He is part of the Bethesda Gateway Long & Foster office.

Tauber & Souza were the top producers, listers, sellers and the agents with the most new listings with a sales volume of $11,935,332. They are part of the Democracy Center of Long & Foster.

Mary Anne Fiorita was the top producer with a sales volume of $2,721,000. She is part of the North Bethesda/Rockville Long & Foster office.

Alex Martinez was the top individual producer and seller with a sales volume of $5,384,800; Gary Speicher was the top individual lister; Cathy Hunter was the agent with the most new listings; The Judy Howlin and Meredith FogleTeam were the top team producer and lister; The Christine Sherman and Geoff Valdivia Team were the top team seller; The Julie Robinson and Mark Smith Team were the team with the most new listings; and The June Blair, Stephanie Rubin and Bob Graves Group were the top group producer, lister, seller and the group with the most new listings. They are part of the North Potomac/Gaithersburg Long & Foster office.

Leslie Friedson was the top producer with a sales volume of $2,257,150; Elaine Koch was the top lister; Anna Masica was the top seller; and Judy Milstein as the agent with the most new listings. They are part of the Potomac/Cabin John Long & Foster office.

Mary Zack was the top producer with a sales volume of $4,172,500; and Krystyna Litwin was the top lister and the agent with the most new listings. They are part of the Potomac Village Long & Foster office.
