Weichert, Realtors’ Ashburn Office, announces it earned a spot in the top 10 of five sales categories on the list of February "Objective Beaters." The list highlights the offices that surpass their objectives by the highest percentage each month.
The office finished first in the company for surpassing its objective in listings sold, reaching 400 percent of its goal. It also finished second in the dollar volume category and was third in revenue units and sales. Capping off a month of exceeded objectives, the branch also placed seventh on the list of marketed listings.
