The Loudoun County Department of Family Services will hold its next "Homeownership 101" workshop Monday, May 7, and Wednesday, May 9, from 5:30-8:30 p.m., at the Cascades Library, 21030 Whitfield Place, Potomac Falls. Weichert, Realtors’ Leesburg Office announces Heather Elias has joined the office as a sales associate. Elias previously was a sales associate at another local firm, earning membership in its Million Dollar Club for two years. A member of several local affiliates of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), she also possesses an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation. Elias, a resident of Purcellville, chose to join Weichert because of the many resources available to its agents.

Weichert, Realtors’ Ashburn Office announces several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in March. Earning the honor of top producer was Bonnie Selker, who led the office in dollar volume, revenue units, listings and listings sold. She is a member of the President’s Club and the Executive’s Gold Club, the latter signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. Earning the honor of top seller for the month was Jenny Carlozzi.

Weichert, Realtors’ Dulles Office announces that several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in March. Linda Sonnhalter, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club, earned the honor of top producer for the second month in a row. She led the way in dollar volume, revenue units, listings sold and sales. Sonnhalter is also a member of the Chairman’s Gold Club, signifying a high level of sales financed through Weichert Financial. In 2005, she was awarded membership in the Weichert Hall of Fame for her many years of distinguished service as a real estate agent.

Joan Elkon earned the honor of top producer, leading the way in dollar volume, revenue units and listings sold. Million Dollar Club member Shaila Millman earned the honor of top seller, while Heather Elias led the office in listings.
