Tetra Partnerships has been selected to broker the sale of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church property located at historic Lake Anne at 1516 Moorings Drive in Reston. The property is zoned for Planned Residential Community with re-zoning potential, and comprises the 15,182 sq. ft. church building on 2.18 acres with an asking price of $4.2 million. The area surrounding Lake Anne Village Center is slated for revitalization development under supervision by Fairfax County. The Good Shepherd congregation has been at this location for over 30 years, and is now building a larger church at Route 7 and Old Reston Avenue.

Reston-based SENSA Solutions has hired Debra Eshelman to serve as their Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining SENSA, she was a senior director in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Change and Program Effectiveness practice in Washington, D.C. Eshelman has over 20 years of business and consulting experience and specializes in helping governmental agencies and private sector companies design and implement strategic organizational changes and human capital initiatives.
Microsoft recently announced the second quarter winners of the U.S. Field Partner Awards Program in the Mid-Atlantic area, consisting of Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. This program, held quarterly, recognizes the contributions of partners serving small, mid-market and enterprise commercial customers.
In the second quarter, partners were recognized across seven individual categories: Teamwork; Loyalty; Compete; Competency; Customer Satisfaction and Experience; Marketing Excellence; and Top Partner. Category winners will also be entered into the annual Regional Awards program, presented next summer at the World-Wide Partner Conference in Denver.
