Keep Loudoun Beautiful reminds residents to do just that all month long in honor of Earth Day Sunday, April 22.
The Earth Day Trail Clean Up will take place Saturday, April 21, from 8 a.m. to noon, at Claude Moore Park in Sterling.
This is an opportunity for Scout groups or anyone who needs school community service hours to spend time cleaning up the park.
Park staff encourages residents to wear work clothes, gloves and boots to the event. Water and snacks will be provided.
