Throughout two-days of festivities to celebrate the Chinese New Year, thousands of Fair Oaks Mall shoppers were treated to various Chinese traditional performances and exhibitions. Fan dances, Water Sleeve Dances and dragon dances were all part of the celebration, hosted by the Washington Hai-Hua Community Center and other area organizations Feb. 17 and 18.
