The bi-monthly Business Owners Round Table, sponsored by Citibank-Greenbriar and the Chantilly-Centreville Chamber, takes place on Friday, June 6, 7:30-9 a.m. The topic is Managing Stress for a Healthier Lifestyle and is a presentation from the Chamber’s Dulles Wellness Initiative. A free Business Network Expo will be held on Tuesday, June 10 from 4-7 p.m. at the McNair Farms Community Center at 2491 McNair Farms Drive, Herndon. This Business Network Expo will have vendors from several different venues that serve individuals as well as other businesses.

The array of vendors include the following businesses: Terry Jones of Cruises Inc.; Ameriprise Financial Services, Mary Kaye Cosmetics; Your Alter Ego; plus many more. The Centreville Rotary Club has moved its meeting location from the I-Hop in Centreville to the EggsSpectations Restaurant in Chantilly. The Rotary Club meets Tuesdays from 11:30-12:30 p.m. for lunch. There is a new guest speaker every week with topics ranging from estate planning to how the Rotary helps during emergencies. DULLES CHAMBER HOLDS GREEN EVENT

The Environmental Committee of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce will host a complimentary Wine and Cheese Reception on June 3rd, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Chamber’s Chantilly office, 3901 Centerview Drive, Suite R. The reception will be followed by a program featuring a panel of experts discussing ways in which you can go green and enhance profitability. Moderator Nathan Smith is an environmental consultant to Fortune 500 companies. Anca Novacovici, President of Eco-Coach, will address the topic of sustainability and the bottom line. Tom Mawson, Executive Director of the National Capital Area's Green Building Council, provides information on construction and operation of buildings for energy efficiency, storm water runoff, statistics and trends. Doug Guernsey, VP of Guernsey Office Products, investigates ways in which offices and office products can transform themselves to a green environment.
