Alexandria — In support of National Night Out, on Aug. 7, at 7:30 p.m., the Taylor Run Citizens' Association will be hosting an "Ice Cream Social" at 701 Upland Place. This event will allow residents the opportunity to meet and mingle with their neighbors and local law enforcement officials, as well as see the community’s new pollinator garden, installed and maintained by Girl Scout Troop 4143.
