The third annual Arlington Parade of Santa Cruz-Bolivia Carnival was held Saturday afternoon, June 7, on Four Mile Run in Shirlington. The parade featured traditional floats, the Banda Internacional Milenium from Santa Cruz preformed and the Fraternidad Folklorica y Cultural Caporales San Simon Virginia danced down the parade route.
