Before the big game, West Point Cadets joined the military retirees at The Fairfax in the Mount Vernon area for their annual pep rally prior to the Army/Navy football game in Baltimore. This has been a tradition at The Fairfax for 25 years. Following the pep rally, the cadets stayed and enjoyed lunch before heading off to local attractions. The following Saturday afternoon, Army beat Navy for the first time in several years.
