Join two days of festivities and shenanigans this St. Patrick’s Day. Kalypso’s, along with fellow merchants of Lake Anne, will have a line up of everything Irish on Saturday, March 16 and Sunday, March 17. Feast on tasty traditional Irish dishes: Corned Beef & Cabbage; Guinness Lamb Irish Stew; Shepherd’s Pie, and other classics. And of course, don’t forget a pint of Guinness or Guinness Blond.
Bring the whole family to Lake Anne Plaza for Irish-inspired activities, including photo opportunities with the Lake Anne Leprechaun, face painting, and Irish Dance demonstrations. Kalypso’s will feature live music both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday, as you dine, DJ Cris Panic will be playing Irish Tunes from 12-7 p.m. On Sunday, Sam Gunderson and the Cactus Groove will play Blues and Rock from 8 p.m.-midnight.
It’s also a lucky day to rescue a pet. Lucky Dog Animal Rescue will be on-sight between 12-2 p.m. on Saturday with dogs ready for adoption.
