The following incidents were reported by the Herndon Police Department:
ROBBERY
500 block of Florida Ave. July 25, 12:01 a.m., the complainant was walking when he was confronted by two subjects who demanded his wallet through threats of violence. They removed cash and his identification and left the area.
NARCOTICS VIOLATION
1200 block of Bond Street. July 18, 7:22 p.m., Brandon Edward Nuss, 19, of Herndon, was arrested for possession of marijuana, driving while intoxicated and reckless driving.
Herndon Parkway/Bayshire Lane. July 26, 4:45 p.m., during a traffic stop, Peter Marshall McCall, 19, of Herndon, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession with the intent to distribute ecstasy. He was transported to the Fairfax County ADC and held without bond.
ASSAULT
800 block of Ferndale Avenue. July 23, 7:40 p.m., an adult reported his 12-year-old child was threatened by two other juveniles. Case active.
1200 block of Elden Street. July 28, 6:35 p.m., Geraldo Aguillar, 35, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
BURGLARY
1100 block of Elden Street. July 20, 7 a.m., cash and a bottle of R-12 Freon were taken from a business after closing.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY
600 block of Center Street. July 26, 8 a.m., red finger paint was put on a parked van.
LARCENY
1000 block of Sterling Road. July 26, 6:43 p.m., a 2001 Honda Civic was reported stolen. The vehicle was later recovered.
400 block of Elden Street. July 26, 5:26 p.m., an employee was found attempting to take a paintball gun. Rasheed Lemar Nurse, 21, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC. He was released on his signature.
400 block of Elden Street. July 26, 7:17 p.m., two white males took ink cartridges and ran from the business. They entered a black Nissan and left the area. One of the subjects dropped a cell phone. Case active.
700 block of Cordell Way. July 26, 9:20 p.m., a bicycle was taken from a yard. It was later recovered at another residence in the area.
300 block of Reneau Way. July 27, 6:09 a.m., a vehicle was taken and later recovered in Montgomery County, Md.
200 block of Van Buren Street. July 28, 8:56 a.m., four computers were taken from a business.
Ferndale Avenue/Park Avenue. July 28, 12:34 a.m., two 16-year-old males and a 17-year-old male of Herndon, were found in a vehicle that was stolen from Herndon. They also had items stolen from three other vehicles. All three were taken to the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center. They were charged with three counts of grand larceny from auto, auto larceny, possession of burglarious tools and three counts of auto tampering.
900 block of Park Avenue. July 29, 8:23 p.m., an acquaintance took the complainantÕs vehicle without their permission. The vehicle was recovered and charges are pending.
300 block of Linden Court. Aug. 1, 1 p.m., the complainant reported an acquaintance had used her vehicle without her permission. Warrant procedures explained. The complainant refused to prosecute.
OTHER VIOLATIONS
500 block of Florida Avenue. July 30, 9:58 p.m., the complainant reported receiving harassing phone calls.
500 block of Florida Avenue. Aug. 1, 12:22 a.m., noise violation, subject warned.
1400 block of Horizon Court. July 26, 7 a.m., the complainant reported receiving numerous harassing phone calls. Case active.
1400 block of Cuttermill Court. July 29, 3:31 a.m., noise violation, subject warned.
100 block of Laurel Way. July 31, 7:02 p.m., the complainant reported past noise violations. Nothing was occurring at the time.
Elden Street/Center Street. Aug. 1, 2:13 p.m., Lindsey Marlene Sanford, 28, of Ashburn, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in Loudoun County. She was released to a Loudoun County deputy.
1200 block of Elden Street. July 29, 10:29 p.m., a past acquaintance called and threatened the complainant.

Grace Street/Vine Street. July 19, 12:57 a.m., Steven Ray Papageorge, 19, of Annandale, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
300 block of Elden Street. July 24, 2:09 a.m., Donald Joseph Miller, 21, of Sterling, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
Sterling Road/Barbaralynn Place. July 25, 1:59 a.m., David Bellovich, 27, of Potomac Falls, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
Elden Street/Sterling Road. July 29, 1:17 a.m., David Paul Moore, 33, of New Castle, Pa., was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
1000 block of Branch Drive. July 29, 9:35 p.m., Walter Enrique Benavides, 36, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
DRUNK IN PUBLIC ARRESTS
1200 block of Elden Street. July 18, 11:03 p.m., Santos Elias, 25, of no fixed address, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
900 block of Alabama Drive. July 19, 11:49 p.m., Juan Manuel Santos, 27, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
1200 block of Bond Street. July 20, 7:13 p.m., Jhoniz Aldubi Nolasco Reyes, 26, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC. Jeffrey Eugene Neal, 22, of Herndon, was also arrested on a Capias from Fairfax County. He was also transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
1200 block of Elden Street. July 22, 6:29 p.m., Jose Quintanilla Rivera, 26, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
1200 block of Elden Street. July 25, 8:37 p.m, Chicas Quadro, 38, of Herndon, and Alvarenga Serrano, 35, of Herndon, were arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
1100 block of Elden Street. July 27, 8:56 p.m., Steven Eugene Luther, 39, of Herndon, was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County ADC.
400 block of Elden Street. Aug. 1, 11:59 p.m., a subject was found to be intoxicated. He was turned over to another subject at his residence.
