<lst>The following incidents were reported to the Town of Vienna police:

<cal1>Arrest

<cal2>Mashie Drive/Maple Ave., W. On June 1, around 4:45 a.m., Elvera Fitzpatrick, 21, of Arlington, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

400 block of Maple Ave., N.W. Janardan Paudel, 35, of Vienna was charged with driving while intoxicated.

<cal1>Arson

<cal2>200 block Mill St., N.E. On May 29, at about 4:45 p.m., three teen-aged boys were found setting a small fire behind a business. Their parents were called. Charges are pending.

<cal1>Disorderly Party

<cal2>100 block Shepherdson Lane, N.E. On May 28, at about 10:55 p.m., police responded to a loud party with underage drinking taking place. Devin Gray Frost was arrested for drunk in public and disorderly conduct.

<cal1>Disturbing the Peace

<cal2>Skorpios Restaurant, 421 Maple Ave., S.E. On June 2, around 1:10 p.m., a 34-year-old Sterling man became angry with the sales tax on his lunch and proceeded to curse out everyone in the restaurant. The man left before police arrived.

<cal1>Domestic Assault

<cal2>100 block Locust St., S.W. On May 30, around 7:22 p.m., a juvenile was arrested for domestic assault and destruction of property when he got into a fight with his brother.

<cal1>False Identification

<cal2>1000 Park St. S.E. During a traffic stop for speeding on May 30, at about 9:30 a.m., Guillermo Ayala-Garcia, 24, of the 200 block of Cedar Lane, S.E., provided the officer with a false resident alien card and false social security card. INS was contacted and he is being held at Fairfax County Adult Detention.

<cal1>Found Property

<cal2>500 block Highland St., N.W. On May 28, at about 8 p.m., a baggie of marijuana was found in the middle of the street by fire department employees during an emergency transport of an individual.

200 block of Locust St., S.E. On June 1, a girl's Huffy bicycle with a green frame and purple handle bars was found at the front door of the apartment building. The bike had been there for three days.

<cal1>Found Wallet

<cal2>Pleasant Street/Maple Avenue W. On May 29, at about 2:45 p.m., a Warrenton man lost his wallet containing checks and money at the corners of Pleasant Street and Maple Avenue. An Arlington man found the wallet on the same corner, but there was only $1 in the wallet when he found it.

<cal1>Fraud-Grand Larceny

<cal2>United Bank, 226 Maple Ave., S.W. On May 28, at approximately 11:15 a.m., a 33-year-old Vienna woman was approached by a man who declared he had found a large sum of money. He wanted to put the money into a bank account, but did not want to pay taxes on it. He suggested to the victim that if she were to put up "good faith money" of $3,300, he would share the money with her. During the initial conversation, a woman, who pretended to be a stranger approached the victim and was also convinced to go along with the scam by putting up $2,000. The victim drove with the two suspects to her bank to withdraw her money. They then drove to another bank, and the victim was told to go inside to set up an account while they waited in the parking lot with her money. She went inside the bank and the suspects fled the parking lot with her $3,300.

<cal1>Indecent Exposure

<cal2>300 block Maple Ave., E. On May 29, at approximately 11:55 a.m., a citizen reported a man urinating in the Giant Food parking lot. Police found the man and arrested him for drunk in public.

<cal1>Larceny

<cal2>Cunningham Elementary School, 1001 Park St., S.E. On June 2, between 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m., a woman reported two credit cards being stolen out of her purse which was inside her locked car.

<cal1>Missing Juvenile

<cal2>500 block Nutley St., S.W. On May 28, a 15-year-old juvenile ran away from home but returned two days later.

<cal1>Possession of Tobacco Underage

<cal2>700 block Kingsley Road. On May 30, at about 5 p.m., an officer observed two juvenile boys smoking and charged them with Possession of Tobacco.

McDonalds, 544 Maple Ave., W. After an officer had given multiple warnings on May 2, around 3 p.m., a juvenile was charged with smoking tobacco underage.

<cal1>Robbery

<cal2>400 Courthouse Road, S.W. On May 27, around 6:15 p.m., a 16-year-old male who was walking down the street was allegedly attacked by five males who wanted his wallet. All subjects were on foot.

<cal1>Simple Assault

<cal2>250 Cedar Lane, S.E. On May 30 at 2:50 a.m., police observed three men fighting. When the officer approached to intervene, one man ran. Danis Alfaro, 27, and Vasquez Jose Hernandex, 23, both of the 200 block of Cedar Lane, were arrested for drunk in public.

<cal1>Shoplifting

<cal2>264 Dedar Lane, CVS. On May 30, at about 2 p.m., two 16-year-old boys were caught for shoplifting by the store manager. Police charged the boys with underage possession of tobacco and will hold an informal hearing for the shoplifting.

<cal1>Suspicious Event

<cal2>535 Maple Ave. N.W., Hadeed's Carpet. On May 29, at about 1 p.m., a store owner got into an altercation with a tow truck driver because the truck was blocking the entrance into the business. Police mediated the situation.

<cal1>Unlawful entry

<cal2>314 Dominion Road, N.E., Outpost Station. On May 31, at about 7 p.m., police observed three juveniles entering and exiting a business through an unlocked basement door after the business was closed. Charges are pending.

<cal1>Vandalism

<cal2>500 block Druid Hill Road, N.E. On May 28, at about 8 p.m., a mailbox was damaged at a house.

130 Maple Ave., S.W. On June 2, between 8 a.m. and 11:40 a.m., a woman's car was scratched the full length of the vehicle while parked at the shopping center.
