The Long & Foster Companies reported that 2004 sales reached a historical high of more than $56.3 billion, compared to $43 billion the previous year, which was also a record. Overall sales increased 30 percent year-over-year.
Tony Traish of the Weichert, Realtors Springfield office led the branch in dollar volume and listings for the month of December.
Joyce Talley of the Weichert, Realtors Springfield office led the branch in listings sold for the month of December.
Ricardo Bolanos of the Weichert, Realtors Springfield office topped the branch in revenue units and total sales for the month of December.
Bruce Tyburski of the Springfield Re/Max Choice office was named the top team in total sales for the month of December. He is also ranked in the top 50 out of all Re/Max agents nationwide. He led the market in Springfield in 2004 having three times more sales than any other agent.
The Springfield Office of Weichert, Realtors was recognized with a regional award for the month of December. The office led the Virginia region in recording the highest number of resale, sharing the award with the Alexandria/Old Town office. The offices finished first out of 30 Weichert offices. The Springfield Office was greatly assisted by sales associate Ricardo Bolanos, who led the company in December in resale.
