The Loudoun County Department of Social Services' Housing Services Division provides home-buyer education workshops for first-time buyers, Wednesday, July 6, and Wednesday, July 13, from 5:30-8:30 p.m., at Eastern Loudoun Regional Library, 21030 Whitfield Place in Sterling. The six-hour workshop covers a number of topics relating to homeownership, including budgeting, credit, working with Realtors, the mortgage process and what to expect at settlement.
