Leading the office in dollar volume, revenue units and sales was Nicole Hare. Bonnie Selker, a member of the President’s Club, led the office in listings for the second month in a row. The Dulles Office of Weichert, Realtors, announces Linda Sonnhalter was recognized with a regional award for the month of December. Sonnhalter led the region in resale listings, sharing the regional award with Joan Volrath of the Annandale Office. The pair topped sales associates from 31 offices located throughout Virginia to earn the regional honor.

Earning the honor of top producer was Erin Kavanagh, who led the office in dollar volume, revenue units and sales. She is a member of the President’s Club and the Executive’s Gold Club. The Loudoun County Department of Family Services will hold its next "Homeownership 101" workshop Monday, March 12 and Wednesday, March 14, from 5:30-8:30 p.m., at the Cascades Library, 21030 Whitfield Place, Potomac Falls.

The education workshop assists potential first-time home buyers in understanding the home-buying process. The six-hour workshop covers a number of topics relating to home ownership, including budgeting, credit, working with Realtors, the mortgage process and what to expect at settlement.

Attendance at both sessions is required. Participants must preregister by contacting Chris Vogel of the Department of Family Services at 703-777-0353 (V/TTY).
