Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's (CBRB) celebrated the grand opening of the new Ashburn-Dulles office on Saturday, June 2. The event took place on the office's parking lot at 44050 Ashburn Shopping Plaza, Suite 163, Ashburn.

The Loudoun County Department of Family Services will hold its next "Homeownership 101" workshop Monday, June 11, and Wednesday, June 13, from 5:30-8:30 p.m., at the Leesburg Public Safety Center, 65 Plaza St., Leesburg.

Attendance at both sessions is required. The class size for each workshop is limited. Participants must preregister by contacting Chris Vogel of the Department of Family Services at 703-777-0353 (V/TTY).

A free seminar will be held June 23, at 11 a.m., for any and all homebuyers looking for more education on the market, from professionals including a Realtor, a lender and a title agent. Weichert, Realtors' Ashburn Office, announces several sales associates have been honored for their achievements in April.

Bonnie Selker led the office in dollar volume, listings and listings sold. She is a member of the President's Club and the Executive's Gold Club. Chairman's Club member Nicole Hare led the way in revenue units, while Executive's Club member Becky Esguerra earned the honor of top seller.

Weichert, Realtors' Dulles Office, announces that Linda Sonnhalter, a member of the Chairman of the Board Elite Club, earned the honor of top producer for the third month in a row. She led the way in dollar volume, revenue units, listings, listings sold and sales. Sonnhalter is also a member of the Chairman's Gold Club. In 2005, she was awarded membership in the Weichert Hall of Fame for her many years of distinguished service as a real estate agent.

Weichert, Realtors' Leesburg Office, announces the following award winners: Joan Elkon earned the honor of top producer for the second month in a row, leading the way in dollar volume, revenue units and listings sold. Million Dollar Club members Shaila Millman and Carole Roeder led the office in listings and sales, respectively.
