Friday at noon, the owner and staff of Mt. Vernon Paint Store at 6229 Richmond Highway began their weekend Grand Re-Opening with a ribbon cutting. Established in the early 1990s, Mt. Vernon Paint has served residents for more than 15 years. The executive director and members of the Mount Vernon – Lee Chamber of Commerce joined the staff at the newly remodeled store. Pictured are Mt. Vernon Paint owner and wife of the store founder Rodney Godwin, Sally Bohn, her son Scott Godwin, store manager Bruce Bunch and his wife Michelle.
